These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Skyline Transport Group LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
Skyline Transport Group LLC provides freight transportation and logistics coordination services including but not limited to pickup and delivery scheduling, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking updates. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote.
Clients agree to pay the fees established in the service agreement. Payment schedules (monthly retainers, project-based milestones) must be adhered to. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of transportation services and related scheduling.
You agree to provide all necessary shipment and contact details required for us to perform the services. You also agree to provide timely confirmations and approvals for pickup/delivery requirements and any documents needed to coordinate transportation.
Unless otherwise indicated, the site and the proprietary code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your specific contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered become immediately due.
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
